News

The Bay City Lions Club in conjunction with the Bay City Rotary Club went together on a joint project to help Mrs. Ruth Grovey of Bay City. Mrs. Grove needed a wheelchair ramp to get to her automobile, since she was becoming unable to group and down the steps of her home. With the help of these men and women, Mrs. Grovey now has a 36’ ramp to help her get in and out of her home. Pictured left to right are Jason Childers, Chris Hadash, Mayor Robert Nelson, Billy Mann, Linda Mann, Michael Griffith, Eric Frankson and Jim Frankson. Not pictured were Jim Huey, Mike Finster, Bill Isaacson, and Patti Frankson.

Christmas Concert

Last Friday, Dec 9th, the Lions Club was treated to a Christmas Concert at the Country Club. The Holy Cross School Eagle Choir performed for us and did a fantastic job. They did some old Christmas favorites and even spiced it up with some newer songs. We even got to here a solo from Rowan Arlitt. Doc Campbell passed out Candy canes to each participant. It just made this Christmas year that much better.
